    Step 1

    On medium high. melt butter, then stir in brown sugar and mix well. Pour half the milk into butter, sugar mixture and stir well. Beat 2 eggs well and add ¼ cup of milk. Allow to slowly heat while stirring. Add nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and ground clove. Stir in vanilla extract and butter extract, turn off burner and remove pudding and set aside. Cut up 24 oz. bread of choice into cubes. Place into large bowl and pour pudding mixture over top of bread and mix with wooden spoon until all is very moist. (add remaining milk). Add pineapples, raisin and peaches. Add pecans and stir lightly trying not to break up peaches too much. If mixture is too dry add additional milk a little at a time as needed. Spray baking pan (8x8 or 12x5) And place mixture in pan. Place in oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Conclusion

    Melt butter, add in sugar and combine on medium heat. Add in milk and continue cooking all while stirring. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes, slice, place on plate. When finished, pour or spoon over bread pudding and serve. Enjoy!
